About

Built for the conversations you keep putting off.

Every team has a list of conversations that should happen but don't. Weekly 1on1s. Discovery calls. Interview screens. Customer check-ins. They get postponed, batched, or dropped. 1n1.ai is for when you can't be in the room — but the conversation still needs to happen.

Why we built this

The conversations that matter are the ones we skip.

The hardest part of running a small team or a service business isn't the work — it's the loop around the work. Did you check in with the engineer who was stuck? Did you call the lead who filled the form? Did you actually run intake before that paid session? Most of the time, the answer is "I'll get to it."

We're building 1n1.ai so those conversations happen anyway. You describe the agent in a sentence, share a link or schedule a window, and read the recap. The conversations get had. You get the signal without the calendar fight.

What we believe

Three things we hold onto.

01

Voice is more honest than forms.

People tell a voice what they won't type into a Google form. The whole product is built around that.

02

Setup should take minutes, not weeks.

No prompts, no engineers, no integration sprint. If you can describe what the agent should do, you can ship it.

03

The recap is the real product.

The call gets the data. The recap gives you the time back. We're obsessive about making it readable in five minutes.

Who's behind it

A small software team in Vancouver.

1n1.ai is built by Techalyst Software Inc., a Vancouver-based software studio. We also design and build custom websites, iOS and Android apps, and bespoke business software for clients who want something more considered than off-the-shelf tools.

Pro and Business plan customers get discounts on that work — so if 1n1.ai handles your conversations and you need the rest of the stack built right, the same team can do it.
